Certified Nurse Aides, 3-11pm shifts, 11pm-7am shifts Requirements: -The ability to provide hands-on care to the geriatric population -Activities of daily living -Reporting and charting on tasks and behaviors through use of Electronic Charting Methods -Ability to push/pull/lift 35lbs -Standing, walking, bending, lifting arms above head, twisting, at times maintaining awkward positions in the care of residents -Dressing, bathing, feeding, transporting residents using medical devices and lifts *Nurse Aide MUST have completed a certified training course and be eligible to test and become a CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE within 120 days of employment (or already be certified in the state of Michigan). **Successful candidates are qualified to be re-paid for the price of the Nurse Aide class and testing after 90 days of successful employment. Full-time RN Supervisor, 7pm-7am shift Requirements: -Directing and supervision of staff -Charting resident Medicare needs and daily reports -Assessment of residents -Processing physician orders -Admitting/Discharging residents and related charting -Delivery of Medications -Must be comfortable and familiar with work in a geriatric population -Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing in the State of Michigan -Must complete and pass pre-employment physical and non-DOT drug screen as well as fingerprinting and criminal background check Full-time or Part-time LPN Charge Nurse, 7pm-7am shift Requirements: -Responsible for the direction and supervision of nursing care provided to residents’ total needs -Maintain quality relationships with residents, families, and staff -Perform duties related to the administration of meds, treatments, and tests as ordered by physician -Document all relevant data to clinical records using system of electronic charting -Assess residents, identify problems/needs, and consult with RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing. -Must be a Licensed Nurse in good standing in the State of Michigan -Must complete and pass pre-employment physical and non-DOT drug screen as well as fingerprinting and criminal background check Certified Dietary Manager Requirements: -Run day-to-day food service operations for 109 Resident population, employees, and guests -Manage food service employees including scheduling, approving payroll, hiring, employee relations, and performance reviews -Interact with numerous employees and clientèle on a daily basis -Clinical consultations with MDS participation and timely reporting -Communication and customer service are a must -May be expected to work longer than 8 hour days or 40 hour weeks and may be expected to work weekends or be on-call when necessary -Must be a Certified Dietary Manager or Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP), a Certified Food Service Manager, Associate or higher degree in Hospitality or Food Service Management with training in food service management and food safety -MUST currently be certified and must continue to renew certification as required. -Must complete and pass pre-employment physical and non-DOT drug screen as well as fingerprinting, credential verification, and criminal background check Position includes vacation, sick time,  holidays, 403b, MCC Pension Plan,  and AFLAC.
