community. We at Bishop Noa Home Human Resources carefully select candidates for
employment with attention to their ability to provide skilled, person-centered care to our
Human Resources develops and offers a great amount of training for our entire staff. Our focus
is to continue to promote the education needed to care for the special needs of each resident.
Detailed attention is devoted to training our staff in the areas of Cognitive Impairment, Residents'
Rights, Emergency Preparedness, Communication, Confidentiality, and many others.
Department specific training is offered as needed or identified by Department Supervisors.
The Mission of Bishop Noa Home is an integral part of staff orientation and continuing education.
