Senior Apartments Our apartments are available to those over the age of 60. This wing of our facility is not licensed by any agency as a nursing home or home for the aged. Instead, we have designed our apartments to enable each tenant to maintain his or her optimum level of independance. Each residence includes a fully applianced kitchen, garbage disposal, at least two large closets, at least one linen closet, at least one full bath and free WiFi internet. Our apartment tenants may enjoy: • Bi-monthly housekeeping • Cable television1 • Utilities1 • On-campus laundromat • On-campus coffee shop • Parking lot2 • Emergency call system3 • Private patio • Convenient access to public transportation • Dayroom • Private courtyard • Proximity to BNH Chapel, Sisters of St. Paul • The option to purchase a meal plan • Pets4
1 A base cable television package is provided. A tenant may opt to upgrade this service to include a phone line, additional television channels or cable internet independantly. This tenant will recieve a bill for any additional service separate from their rent. 2 We offer garage space attached to our parking lot at the additional cost of $30 per month, if available. 3 The emergency call system will be answered by BNH staff in person, who will assess the emergency situation and communicate on the tenant’s behalf, including obtaining emergency service and notifying responsible parties. 4 A pet must meet the requirement for a $500 non refundable deposit.
